CE Care Consultancy LTD was created from real experience and a shared belief that children’s homes can be run with compassion, consistency, and genuine care. I began as a residential support worker and worked my way up, eventually opening and managing my own home—taking it from an empty property, through planning and compliance, to achieving Good in all areas with Ofsted. That journey showed me that care can be done differently and better.

Alongside my co‑director, an experienced social worker who shares the same vision, our mission is simple: to help providers create safe, nurturing, and fully compliant homes where vulnerable young people receive the quality of care they deserve. We use our lived experience, passion, and determination to support others to achieve the same success.
