All sessions are tailored to your setting, ensuring your team receives relevant, engaging and high‑impact learning that strengthens safeguarding, compliance and day‑to‑day practice.

The trainer also has a particular interest in Autism and eating, which can be delivered as bespoke training.

We understand the pressures of rotas, staffing levels and the demands of residential care. To support this, we offer flexible delivery options, including:

• Spreading First Aid at Work across 3 weeks
• Training for night teams (additional night rate applies)
• Weekend sessions
• Bespoke requests tailored to your home’s needs
